Our Staff

At Rusper playgroup we have some of the best staff we could ask for. Between them is a wealth of training, experience and dedication which enables them to develop happy and confident learners. The future of Rusper!

Leanne Grady

Leanne is our joint manager at Rusper playgroup and has an NVQ L3 qualification in Childcare and Development. She is responsible for the free entitlement and invoicing of fees. She is also the deputy designated safeguard lead. Leanne has worked at Rusper playgroup for 13 years and has 3 sons who have all attended playgroup in the past.

Sarah Robinson

Sarah is our joint manager at Rusper playgroup and has an NVQ L3 qualification in Childcare and Development. She is the designated safeguard lead and responsible for all the Senco/Inco.

Sarah has worked at Rusper playgroup for 5 years and has 3 children of her own.

Lisa White
Lisa has an NVQ L2 Diploma for the Early years practitioner and is currently working towards her L3. She has a daughter who has previously attended playgroup.

Olivia Horwood
Olivia is our newest member of staff to join Rusper playgroup and has recently completed her NVQ L2 Diploma for the Early years practitioner.

Lisa White Lisa has an NVQ L2 Diploma for the Early years practitioner and is currently working towards her L3. She has a daughter who has previously attended playgroup.
