Our Staff

At Rusper playgroup we have some of the best staff we could ask for. Between them is a wealth of training, experience and dedication which enables them to develop happy and confident learners.

Sarah Robinson

Sarah is our manager at Rusper Playgroup and has an NVQ L3 qualification in Childcare and Development. She is the Designated Safeguard Lead and responsible for SEN and Inclusion.

Leanne Grady

Leanne is our deputy manager at Rusper playgroup and has an NVQ L3 qualification in Childcare and Development. She is responsible for the Free Entitlement and invoicing of fees. She is also the Deputy Designated Safeguard Lead.

Lisa White
Since starting at Rusper playgroup Lisa has gained her NVQ L2 & L3 Diploma for the Early Years practitioner. She is responsible for her key children’s development and does this through tracking and the planning of activities.

Olivia Horwood
Olivia has an NVQ L2 Diploma for the Early Years practitioner and is currently working towards her L3. She is responsible for her key children’s development and does this through tracking and the planning of activities.

Emma Reid
Emma is the newest member to join our team and has a Cache L3 Diploma in Child Care and Education and a Foundation Degree in Early years. She is responsible for her key children’s development and does this through tracking and the planning of activities.

Lisa White Since starting at Rusper playgroup Lisa has gained her NVQ L2 & L3 Diploma for the Early Years practitioner. She is responsible for her key children’s development and does this through tracking and the planning of activities.
